Cancellation Policy
At Lotus Beauty Lounge, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain the highest level of service and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Notice Period
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full treatment cost will still apply.
Booking Deposits
For certain treatments or peak times, we may require a booking deposit. This deposit is:
- Fully refundable with cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
- Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows
- Applied to your treatment cost when you attend your appointment
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be made in genuine emergency situations, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
